All roles at QBA are important and valued. Our staff are carefully selected and aligned with the firm’s mission.
Trainee lawyers are chosen according to very specific criteria, as we only accept those who show the potential to join the team in the future—which has indeed been the case.
Likewise, our assistants and secretarial staff are professionals who demonstrate the ability to collaborate actively, integrating seamlessly with the lawyers’ teamwork and fully complementing what we understand to be the firm’s mission towards the client.
QBA, like all law firms, provides legal services and conducts a for-profit activity; however, this does not prevent us from undertaking pro bono work and fostering an internal environment which—without compromising commitment and rigour—enables lawyers, trainees and assistants to perform their roles with dedication and to contribute actively to everyone’s personal development.
