Founder of QBA. Law degree (July 1991) from the Catholic University of Lisbon. Served two terms as Treasurer Member of the Madeira District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, and as a Member of the Bar Association’s Institute of Law Firms. Member of the Legislative Committee of the Madeira District Council.
