Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2022). Master’s degree in Law — Legal and Political Sciences / Specialisation in Tax Law (University of Coimbra, 2024). Worked as a legal adviser at A.R.M — Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A. During his academic path, completed internships in several Public Administration entities: Regional Tax Authority (Finance Service); Madeira Social Security Institute (IP-RAM); Regional Directorate for the Administration of Justice (DRAJ). Currently attending a postgraduate programme in Public Procurement at CEDIPRE.
